Description

We received a batch of bad Arc Generators after the Fire on May 4th 2026. Our 2 year warranty does not include shipping.
If your arc reactors go out after about 30 min of use from any stick delivered between May 4th – Sept 5th. We pay for the shipping both ways.

This allows us to take your credit card and hold for 14 days until you return the defective head.

We pay the shipping in this case.

You will redeive a replacement head with a return label in the box to return the defective unit.

Your credit card will not be charged if you return the defective head.

In the past we have had a lot of product not returned.
